Boo ! Trick or Treat ? I prefer Treat , of course ! This Halloween I chose to prepare a dessert that looks impressive enough in itself and requires no additional decoration to be in style Halloween . For this purpose I combined my favorite chocolate spread and seasonal fruits pears that helped me to give some kind of scary of this sweet temptation ! Simple and easy to implement and fully in the spirit of the holiday !
WHAT YOU NEED :
50g soft butter
400g chocolate spread with hazelnuts
pinch of salt
140g sifted flour
1 baking powder
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1 1/2 pears , not too soft , peeled and divided into quarters
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO :
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Put eggs , chocolate spread , soft butter and a pinch of salt in a bowl and beat with a mixer until obtaining homogeneous mixture .
2.Add the dry ingredients : sifted flour and cocoa , baking powder and again beat with the mixer , but first mix with a spoon so as not to blow the dry mixture mixer .
- Now we are almost ready !
4.Pour mixture into a 23 cm pan , arrange on top , cut like a fan , quarter pears and spread them with apricot jam , lightly press them into the mixture so that some of them can be seen to be able to form eyes and mouth and bake it until ready !
