Chocolate , cream and oranges make this cake so incredible and also fresh ! As a fan of desserts I use every opportunity when I have free time to prepare something sweet , because at home I’m not the only one who loves cakes , we all love these sweet delights , that’s why I prepare them even without any special occasion !
WHAT YOU NEED :
3 large eggs
peel and juice of an orange (at least 75 ml , if it is not enough , add milk )
80g white flour
* CREAM :
300 ml cream
1oog dark chocolate
* GLAZE :
200 ml cream
150g dark chocolate
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO :
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
2.Melt the butter in a water bath. Put the yolks , the orange juice and vanilla in a medium bowl and beat with the mixture. Add the flour to the melted butter and mix well with a spoon . Now add the mixture with the yolks , the orange juice and vanilla to this with the butter and flour .Add the orange peel.
3.Beat the egg whites with a mixer on firm snow , add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture becomes smooth and thick . Now add 1/3 of it to the above mixture . Stir with a spoon and add the other egg whites and stir again carefully . Put baking foil on a baking tray and pour the mixture , put to bake 12 minutes .
Prepare 3 cake layers.
The Cream :
1.Melt the butter with the chocolate in a water bath and leave it to cool . Beat the cream with the mixture and add melted chocolate and butter .
Put over each of the crusts of the cream .
The Glaze :
Put the cream , chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt them in a water bath . After that leave it to cool until the mixture tightens slightly . With a large knife scoop of chocolate glaze and start to distribute on the surface of the cake and gradually cover the cake .Put the cake in the fridge to tighten . And we are ready !
