The spring is here and the summer is coming ! That’s why I choose to present you this light and irresistible dessert. It’s so delicious and at the same time so easy to prepare , that you’ll love it ! I’m sure about that ! So , let’s make it !
WHAT YOU NEED :
2 x 200g packages mini croissants ( I prefer 7days with vanilla-cherry filling)
1 liter fresh milk
1 cup sugar
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO :
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Put croissants into a 22cm pan , which is deep 7cm.
2. Beat eggs with the sugar with an electric mixer , until they double their volume. Add the milk and vanilla , and beat again with the mixer very carefully.
3. Pour the mixture into the pan with the croissants. Put this pan in a bigger one and put them in the oven. Pour cold water into the bigger pan until halfway up the sides of the smaller pan. Bake in a moderate oven . After 10 minutes open the oven and push down the croissants . When the cake is ready remove the pan from water . Set aside to cool .For a perfect result eat it after 12 hours .
